Format & Frequency
The circles meet 10 times a year through a combination of virtual (8) and in-person (2) meetings. After studying several models — YPO, Vistage, EO, and others — our approach most closely resembles the YPO model: a higher level of personal and time commitment in service of deeper personal transformation. A key differentiator is our focus on CEOs using business as a force for good.
Member Composition
You'll know the majority of your circle members before confirming participation. Your comfort with the group is critical.
Membership Criteria
Each circle consists of 6–8 impact CEOs from companies of similar revenue size across a mix of industries, with no direct competitors. We aim for gender, ethnic, company size, and industry diversity within each circle.
